SPITFIRE   A B V:   Cask - 4.5%, Bottle - 4.5%
Originally produced in 1990 as a Battle Of Britain commemorative brew, Spitfire is now a permanent feature on the Shepherd Neame cask conditioned ale portfolio. Spitfire Premium Bitter has a full malt and hop flavour with a well balanced and lasting aftertaste.

Amongst the most highly regarded cask conditioned ales in the country, Spitfire was awarded the coveted Gold Medal at the prestigious International Brewing Industry Awards.

BISHOPS FINGER - Kentish Strong Ale   A B V: Cask - 5.0%, Bottle - 5.4%
A strong premium cask conditioned ale brewed to a traditional Kentish recipe. Only the finest malted barley, Kent hops and fresh water from Shepherd Neame's own artesian well are used in the production of one of Britain's best loved ales.

Full bodied with complex fruit flavours, Bishops Finger is exported to more than 30 countries worldwide, and has previously been awarded Silver Medal at the International Brewing Industry Awards.

MASTER BREW  A B V:   Cask - 3.7% , Bottle - 4.0%

Containers:
34 pint Polypin, 9 gallon Firkin, 18 gallon Kilderkin, 500ml Bottle, 440ml Can.
Description:
A very distinctive bitter, mid brown in colour, with a very hoppy aroma. Well balanced with a wonderfully aggressive bitter taste, tinged with sweetness.

Master Brew is brewed using only the finest Kentish barley and hops and is the best selling cask conditioned ale brewed in Kent.

BEST BITTER  A B V:    4.1%
A medium bodied and well balanced cask conditioned ale brewed according to the best traditions of the Master Brewer.

Mid brown in colour with a rich malt and hop flavour, taken from the Target and Goldings hops used. Shepherd Neame Best Bitter is a fine example of traditional Kentish ale.

MASTER BREW SMOOTH   A B V:   3.7% (KEG)
Developed in response to increased consumer demand for smooth and creamy nitrogenated beer, Master Brew Smooth is brewed with the same care and attention to detail as the brewery's legendary range of cask conditioned ales. Light and golden in colour, Master Brew Smooth has a smooth textured head that laces down the glass.

Being among the best selling `nitro-keg' ales in the south east, Master Brew Smooth is well placed to benefit further from the huge growth in this new sector.

This smooth version of our multi-award-winning cask-conditioned Spitfire Premium Kentish Ale has been produced to meet unprecedented consumer demand for a classic, full-flavoured beer which is both creamy and refreshing.
