 Slug and Lettuce, formerly known as The Litten Tree, was
re-developed to the Slug & Lettuce concept in April 2007. With a
premium food concept, we are still a great place to come for an evening
out. A bright and modern venue, the raised lounge area offers
relaxed seating such as bucket seats and sofas, whilst in the main
seating area have stools, wooden tables and chairs. With light
jazz played throughout the day, we now have the feel of a casual lounge
bar oozing quality and style. Our food is better than average pub
food, served from a varied seasonal main menu. The menu offers a huge range of choice from
salads and burgers to sharing platter and delicious mains. During
the daytime many shoppers, office workers etc join us for their lunch
break and in the evening we are a great venue for a quality night out. This is definitely the place to be and
