The Wheatsheaf was originally built in 1576.
It became a pub in the 18th century and with its wooden beams and roaring log fire, has retained all its
original character. The pub is set in large terraced gardens and lawns, ablaze with
colour in the summer. The garden has panoramic views of the surrounding
landscape and is the ideal place for a relaxing drink or BBQ on a warm summers evening.
