DIRECTIONS

Wineham Lane runs North / South between the A272 between Cowfold and Bolney and the B2116 which joins the A281 north of Henfield and the A23 at Altbourne. Approximately 12 miles from Brighton, 10 miles from Gatwick - Horsham and Haywards Heath.

The Royal Oak is a 13th century pub in rural setting with large garden and car parking.  There are low beamed ceilings, a large Inglenook fireplace and no music, machines or chrome.  It has been with the same family for over 200 years and is very unspoilt retaining its rural ambience.
