The Royal Oak is a traditional village pub, terracotta tiled floor- no carpets, no fruit machines, no TV, no music - good conversation and very friendly atmosphere. Excellent beers - excellent value. Very large garden & car park. Set in beautiful countryside with excellent views and bike riding.  Turn off the A12 onto the B1070 in direction of East Bergholt, follow brown direction signs, through village, to the Grange Country Park- past the park, the Royal Oak is on the right.
