The
Kings Arms is a traditional 17th century Cornish
Inn with slate floor bar and olde worlde
lounge kept warm in the winter months with two large cast iron wood burners. The pub is run by the proprietors Steve, Jayne and their staff. Steve and
Jayne were employed as managers for almost 20 years by Scottish & Newcastle
Breweries before moving down to Cornwall to buy their own pub. The quality of
the real ales and home cooked food is second to none, and we've been in the Good
Beer Guide for since 1990's. The pub is situated 5minutes from beautiful sandy
beaches and stunning cliff walks. There also many woodland walks within
15 minutes drive with the Eden project being only one hour away. Well behaved dogs are welcome on a lead, and a
biscuit and a bowl of water are always available. The atmosphere is very
friendly, as it is the locals' favorite pub (we would say that wouldn't we!)
See you dreckly!.
