 The Foresters Arms (locally known as the
belters) is a family run pub which
has just been refurbished recently. It offers a warm welcome to guest and locals
alike with its traditional coal fire and fine array of beers, wines, spirits and
over 35 malt whiskies. There is a restaurant upstairs which offers good food, good service and
good value.
The Foresters arms is situated 30 yards from the centre of the town, on the way
up to the castle.
