FUNCTIONS

We have facilities to cater for various group sizes using the restaurant, patio or fully lined marquee, with any event or celebration catered for.

We specialise in outdoor events with hog roasts, spit roasted lamb & barbeques always available. Finger and Fork buffets, set menus can also be provided. If you require a set menu our Head chef will be happy to speak with you and prepare a choice with your preferences in mind. Groups are of course always welcome to dine from the a la carte menu.

Weddings can be hosted in the marquee with up to 70 guests all seated or 120 for an evening celebration. Our wonderful landscaped gardens not only provide a superb backdrop for wedding photos but also allow you to relax in complete comfort and enjoy your special day.

From Guildford follow signs for A281. 12 miles from Guildford, follow signs for Rudgwick Sussex. Go through Rudgwick village, then enter Ellens Green. We are on the left hand side.

Under new management since September 2006, The Wheatsheaf Inn sits in rolling Surrey countryside and offers a la carte dining and daily specials with a bar menu offering sandwiches and hearty lunch meals. A tiled floor bar area with inglenook fireplace and restaurant areas leads to a large attractive landscaped garden and patio area. The pub also hosts regular jazz evenings and showcases the best in local musical talent. Oliver and his friendly team will make you feel very welcome.
