5 miles from Bath city centre, along the London Road through Batheaston or on to new bypass, under bridge turn left up Bathford Hill for 1.5 miles and we're on the left.

The Swan Inn is a 300 year old quarryman's pub, chained to the quarry opposite to keep attached to hill with amazing views over the Avon valley.  Excellent home-cooked food is on offer and we have had an entry in the Good Beer Guide's for the last four years.  Accommodation is all en-suite and offers modern facilities.  We have real log fires and music on a fairly regular basis.  A real country pub with real food and real beer - a dying breed!
