The Star Inn is situated in an idyllic village location on the Oxfordshire borders the 300 year old star inn offers a warm welcome with fine ales, home cooked food and well appointed bedrooms.  On a visit to Sulgrave in 1889 the honourable William Taft, Chief Justice of America said, "Sulgrave is a charming little spot only hidden in the loveliness of its seclusion, with the old star inn by the roadside a relic of bygone days when comforts were plain and ale was plenty"  The Star inn has been welcoming visitors for centuries, and we all look forward to making your visit an enjoyable one.
