Royal Oak Inn Image The Royal Oak Inn is a charming 17th century building with stone walls, oak panelling and heavily beamed ceilings.  It nestles in the picturesque Lincolnshire countryside; yet it is conveniently placed for access to the A1 trunk road.  The bar atmosphere has an intrinsic warm feel where strangers and locals are greeted alike.  There is a wide selection of wines and beers and has been acclaimed for many years in the various campaign for real ales publications.  The inn has a separate restaurant that seats up to  50 people, this is ideal for private parties, conferences, weddings, or just a cosy table for two in tea corner.  Additionally food is served in the bar area.  You may like to try a bar snack, a lunch time table d'hote, a weekend specialty or choose from the blackboard style a la carte selection, emphasis is placed on quality and value.  A discreet games room runs off the bar providing traditional darts, pool and other pub pastimes.  To the rear there is a safe enclosed garden with children's play equipment.  Newly built from an old barn are the spacious en-suite letting rooms.
