 The Red Lion is a 200 year old traditional coaching pub in the heart of
stones historic High Street which used to be on the main coaching route form London
to Holyhead. We specialise in hand pulled cask ales from all over the British
isles and have served over 70 guest ales in the past year alone, along with a
good range of lagers and bottled beverages. We are also Good Beer Guide listed.
The Red Lion plays host to Stone Jazz Club on Monday nights where the best in
jazz can be heard. We do not serve food but you are welcome to bring your own
perhaps from one of the many bakers and sandwich shops nearby.
