The
very good, often imaginative bar food, at this modest looking village
pub is so popular that you'll need to book or arrive early to be sure of a
table. Though at first it may seem the place is geared solely for eating, locals
do pop in here for a drink and we serve real ales & weekly guest beers on
handpump, alongside decent wines including several by the glass, several malts, and good coffee.
The Queens Head has a spacious and comfortably modern lounge bar has brown plush wall banquette
and Windsor chairs around neat black tables and is partly divided by a white
wall of broad arches and wrought iron screens. There is also a little public bar;
in the dining area we play unobtrusive piped music.
There are some tables
out by car park. Please not we do not allow dogs.
