ales, award winning secluded beer garden with aviary, within easy walking
distance of Durham City. A traditional old pub, formerly a coaching inn,
near to the river you can dine in the bar, lounge or the separate
non smoking restaurant with about 70 covers. Food is served seven days a week
and is all cooked to order using fresh ingredients and we offer a large and
varied menu alongside a Specials board. Not forgetting our traditional
roast lunch on a Sunday which is very popular. The public bar houses the
pool, darts & TV, which shows sky and terrestrial sports. The lounge

fashioned Full English Breakfast which is included in the price. Linda and
her staff look forward to welcoming you.
