 The Queens Head is a large 18th century coaching
inn refurbished and extended to include a games room and
patio area at the rear. The clientele changes from office
staff and shoppers during the day to younger (and noisier)
people during the evening. We have the longest happy
hours in town and are regularly featured in the Good Beer
Guide for the quality of our cask ale. Being a true
freehouse we have the largest selection of draught and
bottled drinks in town.
