 The Plough Inn is a traditional public house serving the locally brewed
pedigree ale, still brewed in wooden cask. It consists of 4 room areas with only
one serving bar. We are a local pub with a friendly atmosphere attracting most
age groups and are unique in the fact that we have no background music, noise or
amusements, apart from TV - we welcome conversation. Hosts are Linda & John
who have been here for over 20 years! We are situated on the main A511 between Burton &
Tutbury. 1/2 mile from the
Queens Hospital.
