 Built in 1628 the Hare & Hounds is situated in a small village
between Dover, Deal, Sandwich & Canterbury. Northbourne is the Home of Lord
Northbourne and family to whom the Queen mother was a regular visitor. The bar is
open plan with rustic wooden furniture and hop bines. The aim is to provide
friendly informal service. Pets and children are welcome and the garden has been
renovated to provide a safe play area for children and pleasant beer garden
weather permitting. We have available 5 real ales and 4 lagers.
