 The Castle Hotel is a husband and wife run free
house. With wall to wall flowers, we have been winners of South East in
Bloom 1995/97/98 & 99 and finalist of Britain in Bloom 1999.
It is a large
olde world pub, with a garden and even a stream. We have
secondhand, interesting, local history books for sale. There are eight well appointed en suite bedrooms.
Small weddings, parties and funerals are catered for. We are twenty minutes from Brighton, fifteen from
Worthing and thirty five from Chichester and Arundel. Our medieval village boasts a ruined castle dating back to
1066 an
Elizabethan house and very pretty cottage. We are central for the Downs link
and the South Downs way.
