Literally on the beach, the pub nestles under “Golden Cap” and is surrounded by National Trust land. Enjoy good pub food and drink with fantastic views from our large outdoor seating areas. The Anchor Inn at Seatown is simply unique. Situated among rolling hills and nestling under 'Golden Cap', the highest point on the south coast of England, almost literally on the beach the pub sits in the centre of a little cove. The South West Coast Path is all that separates the pub from the beach. The pub has simple furnishing with open fires in the winter (with chestnuts to roast). Food ranges from a simple ploughmans or sandwich to fresh fish, lobster, and other locally caught seafood.
