 Off the A30 in Cornwall at Redruth/Portreath junction, follow signs for pool
and Cambourne. We are on the left hand side main traffic light junction 1/2 mile
past Barnloose hospital. The Railway Inn is a local public house to the rear of the historical
monument Carn Brea and a National Trust site. One mile away is the South Crofty
tin mine and museum. In the middle of a tin mining area our twin pub is big nose Kates saloon bar
in Tombstone Arizona U.S.A.. German is spoken here as the landlord is fluent. We
are ten miles from Hayle 11 from Falmouth and 11 from Truro. Holiday accommodation can be arranged at a competitive price according to
season.
