Miners Arms is set in the picturesque Ystwyth Valley in the heart of mid Wales.
It is an ideal location for anyone wanting to explore mid Wales or traveling
through. The Miners arms is the last remaining Inn of five in the village of
Pontrhyd-y-groes which was once a busy silver mining area. We have built
up the food trade with wonderful home made specials, including meat, fish and vegetarian
dishes. We are particularly well known for local 16oz steaks and curry
nights. Traditional ale is served and B&B is available. The Miners arms has a lounge bar, a
cozy locals bar with log fire, beer
garden and no smoking family room with children's corner, we also have WIFI
throughout. There is always a friendly atmosphere and
a very warm welcome. Just 20 minutes from Aberystwyth.
