The
Joiners Arms is a small two roomed friendly local
pub with traditional bar with
antique stuffed birds, wild cat & ex owners dog! A free house with seven
different ales on at any one time we regularly feature in the CAMRA real ale
guide. The beautiful lounge overlooks the river Wansbeck with back ground music
only. The resident ghost i.e. George Hall (manager) otherwise known as the
"Grey Ghost". The Joiners Arms serves sandwiches only. We
are just 5 minutes down the hill from rail station, before you get over the main
road bridge
into Morpeth on your left, next to the Waterford Lodge and adjacent to the river.
