This little gem of a pub is situated in the Market Place of the historic
market town of Otley. It is reputed to be Otleys’ oldest pub and was visited
by Cromwells’ troops on their way to the Battle of Marston Moor. The pub dates
back to the 1500’s and some of its’ original features are still there to be
seen. The current licencees have decorated the pub tastefully to reflect the
charm and atmosphere the pub deserves. Food is available 7 days a week between
12pm-2.30pm and offers a wide range of freshly prepared dishes to suit most
peoples taste. Traditional ales from Timothy Taylors & Tetleys are always
available as well as a wide range of lagers and good value wine with your meal.
The Black Bull appeals to all age groups and offers a very good value Happy Hour
between 4pm-7pm Monday to Friday. This is’ the pub not to be missed’ Come
and see our lovely flowers in the summer.
