 Situated on a main road in
the suburbs of Middlesbrough, the Southern Cross
is a large
pub with a youthful downstairs sports bar with 4 plasma screens and is where
the pool tables etc can be found. Upstairs has been brightened up
since the refurbishment, and is a great place to enjoy some food
from our varied menu. It is
very much a
friendly, great community atmosphere. We are popular for
lunchtime and early evening food with custom from the local schools and
passers by who pop in to relax with colleagues over a drink. There
are weekly quizzes and live music held monthly so we have something to suit
everyone here, even the ability to lay on a function in an area of the
