 The Shepherds Rest is located
in a rural location just beyond Westhill on the main route to
Braemar, six miles from the centre of Aberdeen. The pub
was built in 2000 on a business park next to a Premier Inn with Supermarkets, in particular Costco, nearby and a Golf Course two minutes away. We offer the Chef & Brewer style ambience with private areas, a
real fire and candles on the table for atmospheric dining.
All our meals are prepared from fresh ingredients and cooked to
order. These are served to you by helpful staff in the 150 seater restaurant. As well as the main menu there are
special dishes and we often have themed menus. Join us on
a Sunday and spoil the family with an excellent roast. There is regular local transport throughout the day which makes
for a good locals bar alongside the quality dining experience.
If you are staying next door, en route to Braemar or just
passing, don't hesitate to call in and treat yourself to a super
meal or a tasty drink from the well stocked bar. You will
be made very welcome.
