Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalem

Dating back to 1189 Ye Olde Trip is unique in that it is carved into the walls directly beneath Nottingham Castle. This unusual but amazing Inn is set on two floors and boasts genuine cave room bars, a museum room and cave cellars where tours are conducted during quieter periods.  We actually have our own merchandise with anything from key rings to postcards and tankards.  Popular with locals and visitors alike we offer a well stocked bar with many quality real ales and lagers along with a range of wines and cocktails to try if you want something a bit different.  Delicious freshly prepared food is served daily until early evening from a main menu and specials board. Our mouthwatering Sunday lunch is particular popular with a choice usually two roasts on offer.  If you are looking for a change of venue with a relaxed atmosphere, Ye Olde Trip awaits.  We look forward to seeing you soon.
