is in a most enviable position!
Refurbished in March 2005 we reopened as a John Barras pub. Most of our clientele are regulars of a good mix of ages who make it the
trouble free, sociable venue it is. For the many Sports enthusiasts
here there is a big screen to watch that all important match along with a
pool table and darts board to while away a comfortable evening over a pint
with friends. Our bar is well stocked with an array of drinks
including some excellent wines and real ales. Whether it is a meal, some lively entertainment most
evenings of the week or just a neighbourly chat, come along to the Talbot
where the team will give you a fine welcome.
