You will find the Starting
Gate right next to Nottingham Race Course and the dog track, a
bit out of the way, near a residential area. There is a business
park nearby and many of our clientele come from there, the races and dog
track. The pub had a sparkle in 2003 and is open plan, bright and
clean with traditional furnishings. We are particularly popular for
the food we serve which is very tasty and offers an excellent
choice. Your meal can be eaten anywhere in the pub or outside in the
garden, weather permitting. This trouble free pub has a truly
welcoming atmosphere and feel, where you can enjoy a drink with friends, a
meal, a quiz or a lively football match on the big screen. Why not
