The Plainsman has
been a pub for about 40 years. We have a warm and friendly trouble
free atmosphere, which makes us a pleasant place to come and enjoy a drink
or have a bite to eat. Pub food is available daily from our
main menu and Specials board which incorporates delicious homemade
dishes which should always be tried. There is a range of wines on offer to enjoy with your meal
or drink alone. There is a traditional feel
to the Plainsman encouraged by the good selection of beers, lagers and
Greene King real ales. You won't find a better pint nearby. Although we have a more mature clientele, everyone is
welcome to join us at the Plainsman. Our helpful staff and warm
