EATING INN CONCEPT

A brand new concept in pub dining - reopened after a complete refurbishment in early 2011.
The Magna Charta offers a mouth-watering value-for-money menu of favourite dishes, expertly cooked and served in a fun, friendly atmosphere. There is full table service in the restaurant, or pop in to the pub area for a pint and something to eat. Wherever you are, you can look forward to a comfy setting in which to enjoy the great food, cask ales and fine wines we have on offer. Wherever you are, you can look forward to a comfy setting in which to enjoy the great food, cask ales and fine wines we have on offer. Magna Charta pub, Lowdham Ideally located about 4 miles from both Nottingham and Southwell Racecourses in Lowdham village, The Magna Charta awaits you. Beautifully refurbished in February 2011 into an Eating Inn family dining venue, this old Coaching House has received a contemporary look whilst retaining features such as magnificent oak beams. There is a genuinely warm and friendly atmosphere and everyone including families are made to feel very welcome. A popular venue for food we serve delicious traditional pub meals from our main menu and Specials board. Sunday lunch is not to be missed and it's certainly not worth cooking at home when you can come to the Magna Charta and enjoy a traditional lunch with a choice of three meats and fresh vegetables. Families are well catered for with children able to keep themselves amused in the large outdoor play area whilst you relax and enjoy the sunshine in our beer garden. There is something for everyone at the Magna Charta and you will always receive a warm welcome from our friendly, helpful team.
