On the main A453, situated in a residential area in Clifton just on the outskirts of Nottingham, you will find the Crusader.  Frequented by a mixed crowd of all ages, it is somewhere you can come to enjoy your favourite drink or have a bite to eat, in the relaxed atmosphere of this pleasant, modern pub.  We re-opened following a refurbishment in Autumn 2008 with a Hungry Horse theme.  The decor and atmosphere is stylish and relaxing. We are a well known food house serving delicious Hungry Horse food. This can be chosen from an extensive menu and specials board with dishes to suit all ages and tastes with some mouth-watering homemade choices.  We are well worth a visit for our succulent Sunday lunches and it is certainly not worth cooking when you can have a traditional plated lunch with a choice of 2 meats, fresh vegetables and all the trimmings! available until the meat runs out (which is usually around about 3pm).  Regular entertainment is held with something on most nights. Sports fans can watch a match on our big screen, showing all sporting events from Sky & ESPN.  There is a separate bar / games room and lounge / restaurant, so you can choose which area suits your needs.  With something for everyone and friendly helpful staff the Crusader at Clifton is well worth a visit.
