The Bell Inn is a
genuinely traditional 15th Century Inn, situated on the Old Market
Square in the heart of the historic City of Nottingham. In January
2002 the pub was purchased by Hardys and Hansons from the Jackson family
of Nottingham who had owned the pub for the previous 103 years. In
the Autumn of that year we underwent a total restoration that brought
the pub back to its very best and it now ranks as "a Jewel in
Nottingham's Crown". Now owned by the Greene King estate, The Bell Inn, a
Grade II listed building, masked by the modern Georgian frontage, serves
only the best quality lunches in the Belfry Restaurant, or any of the
three ground floor bars, accompanied by a range of ales, lagers and
quality wines. Drinking our high quality cask ales and eating our great
food, the Bell Inn is a must for locals, tourists and students alike.
With Live Jazz three nights a week and a delicious Sunday Lunch we are a
pleasant lunchtime break or an entertaining evening out!
