Arms has ten rooms in the main hotel building.
Additionally there is Penhelig House which forms part of the main
build & has accommodation over two stories - downstairs lounge area with
two sofa beds, dining area & shower room. Upstairs - bedroom with twin
or double beds and full bathroom. Private car parking.
Bodhelig contains four deluxe suites with balconies or patios & stunning views
- located in a block behind and to the side of the main building offering
accommodation with full facilities. Suites are either double or twin
with a sofa bed & TV. Private car parking. |

 Penhelig Arms Hotel is an 18th Century Inn
on the Dovey Estuary in Aberdovey. Step out of the front door and the
estuary is across the road about 20 metres away!
There are several golf courses in the area,
attractive beaches and hill walking for the
energetic. The Fisherman's Bar is located in a
self contained part of the building, where local
regulars and visitors come to enjoy a quiet drink
and a chat or just watch the world go by with a
beautiful coal fire, a welcoming sight in the colder
weather. No TVs or music makes for a pleasant
environment for all to enjoy. The restaurant
of about 40 covers has a fresh look and informal
atmosphere. Food is highly commended with many
mentions in the leading food guides. Known for
our high standards, all our food is freshly prepared
in-house using ingredients which are locally sourced
