 The Otter is to be found in the village of Thorpe Marriot, just
a few miles from Norwich on the Marriot's Way, an ancient walkway between
Norwich and Aylsham. Fully refurbished in November 2007, the whole venue
has been updated and upgraded to a traditional English pub with a
contemporary feel. Open plan, there is comfy lounge seating and sofas
in the bar area, a mezzanine area suitable for private parties and an over
18's sports bar downstairs screening Sky & Setanta matches. A family
friendly venue, with very good facilities for small children and full
disabled facilities. Our menu offers a variety of popular pub food
classics, which can be enjoyed throughout the pub. Don't miss out on
our traditional Sunday roast which is very good value. Hot beverages
are all Fairtrade and you are more than welcome to sit with just a coffee
and a newspaper. If you are looking for a sociable venue to enjoy a
