The Woolcomber is a popular
community bar with a trouble free and female friendly environment.
Our popularity is namely because of the good atmosphere, wholesome pub
meals, with food offers, plus the entertainment that is enjoyed by all. The
pub, built in the 1970's, has two rooms. One is the public bar
with its pool table and big screen and the other is the lounge bar
welcoming diners and being the place for weekly quizzes. Like all
good locals you can expect decent Sport-showing facilities as well as
both pool and darts. Our snacks and hearty meals are served all
day from a varied main menu. This is enjoyed by locals and passers
by alike. You and your friends can be served a full range of
drinks including real ales. When next in the area make sure you
