 The Rose & Crown
is situated on the High Street in Rushden,
not far from the Drag Racing circuit at Santa Pod. Refurbished in
the early part of 2007 this pub has a modern style
but has kept a traditional feel. The furniture is modern with comfy leather sofas
and bucket chairs. Although classed as one room, the bar and dining room
are fairly separate. We attract a very mixed crowd which changes
throughout the day. Diners, real ale drinkers and people from the
surrounding businesses come during the
day and early evening with a younger crowd at night. Popular with
Sport enthusiasts, we
show all major matches on the plasma and big screens. Other
entertainment includes quiz and karaoke nights with live music on a Thursday
which is very well attended.
This relaxed venue has a lovely traditional pub atmosphere which is good for
