The
Overstone Manor is in a picturesque countryside location.
Often hard to find, we are half way between Northampton and Kettering
just outside the Overstone & Sywell village.
Originally a Manor House this large building has been transformed into a
very family friendly food house. Refurbished to a high standard in
May 2008, we have updated the decor and opened up all our separate areas
to create an open plan environment. Original features have been
retained such as two original fireplaces, wood panelling and beamed
ceilings. The bar area used to be a ballroom and has a ceiling 20
feet high. Quality food is served all day, and you can choose from
our daily carvery with a choice of daily roasts, or our extensive main
menu, if you don't fancy a roast dinner.
Outside there is a huge patio area which increases our capacity for
diners to 400 covers during the summer months. We even have what
we call the 'secret garden' which is across the car park from the pub.
A good place to check out after your hearty meal. Next to the pub
there is a caravan site and close by, the reservoir attracts many
walkers. Our clientele includes many family groups locally and from further afield.
Some customers travel from 50 to 60 miles away! During the
week we welcome the old people with their carers from the local
volunteer centre. Whatever your reason for visiting us you won't
find a better place to spend quality time.
