Salt,
formerly known as Bar Essential, is a corner pub
located in the centre of Aberystwyth within a short
walk of the railway station and with sea views to
the front. A large, impressive building, this
venue is open plan and contemporary in design, set
on two floors. We genuinely cater for everyone
here which is reflected in our clientele who are a
mixed crowd, varying according to the time of day,
from diners to those having a sociable drink and a
friendly game of pool. During term time local
students come from the nearby university and holiday
time attracts visitors and tourists. Our fantastic
food is served from a main menu along with delicious
homemade specials like stews, soups and the best
beef in West Wales! Be sure to call in next
time you are anywhere near and sample the friendly
atmosphere of Salt first hand. |
