The Monachty
has stunning views, situated as it is, beside the harbour on the main
street in the town of Aberaeron. Having been totally transformed
by a refurbishment in
November 2006 we have about 120 covers inside and a further 80 outside on
the veranda. This open plan venue has an upper eating area and downstairs
lounge with comfy
sofas and big arm chairs. You can dine throughout the pub and we are a good
all round family venue as well as one you can feel comfortable
having a drink alone or with friends at any time. There is an open grill
so you can watch the chefs prepare your food. This is served from our own,
regularly changing main menu alongside which we have a Specials board which
offers a range of local Welsh and fresh fish dishes. If you are looking for a break away or a base to explore
this part of the world we have seven
en-suite bedrooms available all of which have been recently refurbished.
Outside we have a veranda and large canopy with heaters and even a bar which
opens out into the garden. Make sure you visit us soon and see all the
changes.
