Ferry Inn Photo

The Ferry Inn is a charming food house, stone built, painted cream with hanging baskets and tub plants.  Located in the coastal village of St Dogmaels, heading for Poppit Sands, on the coastal route.  We offer stunning views overlooking 1/4 mile of the estuary and extensive terraces which lead down to the river and in fine weather, are the ideal position to make the most of the lovely country air and enjoy alfresco dining.  The original building, believed to be more than 200 years old, has been extended.  The massive conservatory with floor to ceiling windows, and lower and upper levels can accommodate up to 250 seated.  This seasonal food house has a good reputation for high quality pub food which is all cooked to order using fresh local ingredients.  Alongside the varied main menu you can choose a seasonal special with favourites such as fresh fish during the summer and hearty, warming dishes throughout the winter months.  You can dine in the restaurant area or in any other part of the pub.  There is always a friendly welcome to call in soon and enjoy a tasty meal or a quality pint.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
