Situated
in the village of Fishguard, with the Irish ferry port just a mile
or so away, you will find the Abergwaun Hotel. Built in the early 1900’s, it
has always been an hotel and today many people book ahead to make us
their stop off point when coming or going to or from Ireland by ferry. The one room bar offers a traditional,
friendly welcome in a happy, warm atmosphere. You can stop off here
from early on for a coffee or enjoy a leisurely drink or a tasty pub
meal. We take bookings for tables. We are also the only pub in town to have
a big screen which makes us a popular venue for Sport enthusiasts.
Although generally a seasonal venue, we have a good number of
regular locals who tend to keep us busy all year round and at
weekends. When you are next in the area, come and stay a night or
two, try the quiz and enjoy a quality real ale. You will be given
a warm welcome.
