The
Stag & Rainbow is to
be found on Queens Drive,
a main road into Liverpool.
It is a ten to fifteen minute drive from West Derby town centre.
Fully refurbished in April 2007, this is now a modern style Beefeater
with an extended seating area with booth style seating available to
enjoy more intimate dining. There is also an open grill, which is
a popular addition. It
is located in quite a nice setting,
set back from the road and surrounded by trees. We are the ideal resting point when
visiting Anfield, Goodison Park and also Alderhay hospital.
Food is served from several extensive menus with a good range of wines
to complement your meal along with real ale and other drinks at the bar
if preferred. This is a really good community family pub and welcomes
visitors to the travel inn, diners and
people just coming along for a drink. Be sure to call in next time
you are in the area.
