 The Shrewsbury Arms
is a good locals pub in Oxton, just a short distance from Prenton.
Refurbished in April 2008, the pub has one bar and is great with a
reputation for quality real ales. The managers are Cask Marque
accredited which means the ale is served to perfection! 'Cellar Person
of the Year' was won in 2005 out-rivalling some sharp competition.
Food is served from a main menu and can be
enjoyed in the beer garden during the summer months, weather permitting.
