 The Nelson,
set in the affluent up market area of Wallasey, is a large and very
attractive pub. Deceptively modern inside it is open plan with
contemporary features. The comfortable sofas and open gas fires
attract many in the winter whilst the decked area outside is a sun trap in
summer, and the extensive beer garden with its 70 covers is ideal for al
fresco dining or enjoying a drink in the sun. Although the pub is very open you can still find a more
secluded spot for a quiet drink with a partner or friend. The large
bar is well stocked with an array of the best beers available plus
bottles, wines and superb real ales. Food is on offer every day,
brought to your table by our friendly and helpful staff. You won't
leave here feeling hungry! There is no smoking at the bar and a
relaxed, safe and female friendly atmosphere throughout. Our
clientele is very mixed, including locals, business people and passers
by. The Nelson will never disappoint so do give us a try soon.
