Liver Hotel Photo

The Liver Hotel is one of the oldest buildings in Waterloo and listed as of historical importance.  Over 300 years old, it has been used as a church, public weighbridge and a massing inn.  It was a scene of mystery & intrigue by supporters of the breakaway states of America and it is reported that the raiding ship 'Alabama' was designed here.  The Liver is reputedly haunted by the ghost of a young girl who used to live here.  Although subject to alterations in recent years, it still retains all of its olde worlde charm and appears warm & full of atmosphere.  Come along and meet the friendly bar team, you will feel most welcome.
