 The
Duke, formerly known as the Wellington, is a trendy pub situated on the main street in the
town centre of Wallasey. Decorated in bright colours this sizeable
venue is one of the largest in the area and has fantastic facilities for
watching Sport and playing pool. There is a big screen and numerous TVs strategically positioned to make sure all important goals can be
viewed from anywhere in the pub. There are also three pool tables to
enable all who wish to have a friendly game over a favourite pint of the
best. The clientele is a good mix of local regulars and passers by who all
enjoy the sociable atmosphere here. At weekends everyone comes to
enjoy the DJs who play here, before moving on to the night clubs in
town. We have a doorman at these times to ensure our great
