REFURBISHMENT |
We re-opened on the 8th May
2007 following a major refurbishment which saw many improvements to
the pub. These included the provision of lounge areas with comfy leather
sofa's to the front part of the pub, a dedicated sheltered smoking area
outside and updates to many of the facilities we provide - for example 4
brand new pool tables. |

 Having
undergone a very extensive refurbishment in 2007, this fabulous pub now offers a totally non smoking
environment to be enjoyed by all. Situated in the centre of the market town of Grantham,
The Playhouse offers a diverse venue
for people of all ages. Although this is an old building
the inside is decorated in bright, modern colours. To create a
feeling of space the pub has an open plan design but with defined zoned areas.
At the back, we have 4 brand new pool tables.
Further forward is a seating area, which is close to the bar and to the front there is yet another seating area with comfy
leather settees. We serve food from a main menu and have an attractive food offer
available on a selected choice. This and all our great
facilities make us a very popular venue especially at weekends.
Don't forget our self contained function room when thinking of holding a
party, with a capacity of 300 people there is plenty of room for
