 Centrally situated next to the
railway and bus station The Lumley
is in a prime location. We re-opened
following a refurbishment in October 2008 creating extra dining space.
It is decorated in brown and beige colours with some great lighting to
set the scene which is contemporary and cosy. The mixture of
seating including leather sofa's, new tables and chairs really blend
well with the upholstery of orange and gold in the fabrics. In the
restaurant and bar there are plasma screen's for your enjoyment. Everyone is made welcome and there is always a good
atmosphere. In warmer weather children can play outside in our
purpose built area, whilst the parents relax in our beer garden. Food is available daily from a varied main menu along with
choices on the Specials board, which incorporates delicious homemade dishes. We
have a popular weekly karaoke night every Saturday along with our quiz
night, everyone is
welcome to come along and join in the fun.
