 Situated
in the centre of the pretty village of Glenfield, just outside Leicester
City Centre, you will find The Forge Inn.
Run by Ssoosh Inns Ltd this is a traditional village
pub which specialises in cask ales, wine and great pub food at fantastic prices.
The pub itself is
quite old, originally believed to be the village blacksmiths and
previously going under the name of The Griffin. We have a modern feel
although retain a traditional, homely atmosphere with original features.
You can dine throughout the pub, either in our dining area or more
contemporary bar. We have a total number of 120 covers so you will
always find a table quickly. We offer an extensive selection of dishes from
classics such as sausage and mash to pub favourites including a hearty beef
lasagne. Grills and steaks are our speciality! We are in close proximity to Bradgate
County Park and very near to Leicester's premier new shopping centre
