Thatched House Photo

The Thatched House is a super little pub right in the middle of Poulton on the one way system, next to the church.  This locals pub dates back to 1907 when it replaced the original which was pulled down. The pub's traditional ambiance attracts the mid 20's and upwards age group during the week who come to enjoy a pint of the best, have a chat with friends and watch the current match on one of the TVs.  At weekends we welcome a few younger people as well.  There is an excellent choice of real ales at the bar, along with other draught beers.  This is a really great Over 18's regulars pub where the local clientele help to make it the problem free, sociable venue it is.  See you soon.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
